Prior to joining Walkers Management Services, Anne worked in London as a Corporate Lawyer, specialising in public and private M&A.
Anne obtained a degree in Law from Bristol University. She then trained as an attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and Shanghai, and joined their corporate team in London as an associate, where she specialised in private M&A within the financial institutions sector. She subsequently joined Kemp Little LLP, where she advised UK and global companies on a broad range of corporate matters, and also provided board and company secretarial support to private companies.
