Our Hong Kong corporate and finance team provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings of shares and securities of offshore companies listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) as well as the Taiwan Stock Exchange, banking, capital markets, structured debt, asset and project financing and securitisation.
Our Hong Kong corporate and financial restructuring team advises creditors, debtors and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of corporate and financial restructuring and insolvency related matters, as well as advising funds and investors alike on the issues that arise in relation to distressed investment vehicles.
We also advise on the formation of companies, partnerships and a range of investment vehicles, the formation of trusts and the management of companies and partnerships and the provision of nominee directors, corporate officers and shareholders.
