Our listings team are experienced in the provision of high quality, timely listing services. We have good contacts and close working relationships with the exchanges and can secure practical and efficient listing of all vanilla and exotic transactions. Walkers is a recognised Listing Agent for the CSX and Walkers Capital Markets Limited is a Listing Agent for the CISX.
Channel Islands Stock Exchange (“CISX”)
Walkers Capital Markets Limited ("WCML") is a category 1 listing sponsor of the CISX, which allows it to act in respect of all types of securities capable of being listed on the CISX. WCML is responsible for all communications and dealings with the CISX.
Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (“CSX”)
Walkers is also a listing agent of the CSX. We have an excellent relationship with the CSX and routinely work with them in relation to obtaining listings.
Irish Stock Exchange ("ISE")
Walkers launched its listing agent service in Ireland in January 2011, providing expert advice on the application of the listing requirements of the ISE.
