Rachael Rankin is a Senior Vice President of Walkers SPV Limited.  Rachael provides director, trustee and related administration services to a wide range of special purpose vehicles and structures involved in structured finance transactions, including asset finance, Islamic finance, CDOs/CLOs, securitizations, repackagings and MTN programmes. Rachael is actively involved in the review and approval of all related transaction documentation and manages one of the four teams within the SPV group.

Prior Employment Experience

Rachael possesses wide-ranging experience in all realms of structured finance transactions and before joining Walkers SPV Limited in 2004, worked for Deutsche Bank (Cayman) Limited as a Senior Corporate Officer where she was actively involved in the establishment and administration of a large portfolio of special purpose vehicles involved in structured finance transactions. Ms. Rankin completed her legal training with Walkers in the Corporate, Funds, Litigation, Trusts and Real Estate departments.

Boards and Associations

Rachael is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and is a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands.
