Keeping our focus on the needs of our clients, this section of the website has been created to enable clients to rate the services of our firm on a 24/7 basis. The service report is an electronic survey that enables clients to rate several service deliverables of the firm in just 2 to 3 minutes. The survey also invites clients to make suggestions as to any additional services they would like to rate. In addition to getting this year-round input from all of our clients, we will continue to periodically conduct formal client surveys.
