We recently launched a dedicated Employment Group, to bring together our considerable experience in this field and in recognition of the increasing importance and complexity of employment issues in the present environment. The Group advises employers and high net worth employees on issues related to the full life cycle of employment relationships, from searching for employees, through immigration issues, drafting employment contracts and handbooks, dealing with disciplinary problems and employee complaints, to parting company and Labour Tribunal disputes. We also advise regularly on employee issues related to corporate restructurings and acquisitions.
