Walkers' Banking & Finance team in Jersey have advised on the financing aspects of the refinancing of an impressive commercial property situated near the centre of Poole.

The Walkers team, working with lead counsel Trowers and Hamlins LLP, was led by Walkers (CI) LP partner Julia Keppe, and included Senior Associate Alice Wight, who advised on the Jersey law elements of the deal.
