Acting for EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp on its $350 Million IPO

Our Cayman Islands corporate team acted for EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp ("EQV"), a special purpose acquisition company, on its $350 million initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. EQV has been formed for the purpose of entering into a business combination with one or more businesses in the oil and gas sector. 

The Walkers team was led by partner Andrew Barker together with senior counsel James Murrie and associate Miriam El Ofir. BTIG, LLC acted as sole bookrunner and Kirkland & Ellis LLP as U.S. counsel.
