Gennie is an experienced financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in fiduciary and company administration services. She specialises in serving as an independent director across a range of asset and structured finance products, including bespoke aircraft transactions (ABS, EETC, loyalty programme financing, sale-leasebacks, and pre-delivery payment financing), ship financing, structured note issuances, securitisations, note programmes, and Sharia-compliant Islamic finance transactions. In her role, she works closely with major arranging banks, aircraft lessors, trustees, US law firms, and accounting firms.
