Sam acts for a multitude of clients on various private and public M&A transactions. Since joining the Walkers Corporate team, she has acted on a number of public and private transactions, including corporate reorganisations, incorporations and listings of special purpose acquisition companies, business combinations, statutory mergers and continuations out of the Cayman Islands. In addition to transactional work, Sam has become a reliable advisor to various corporate clients seeking advice on corporate governance matters such as director and officers appointments and removals, governing documents and corporate restructuring.
