Allison Forte-Holloway

Dr Allison Forte-Holloway is a Senior Vice President at Walkers Corporate (Bermuda) Limited, specialising in providing regulatory and corporate governance management support to the Bermuda team.

She is responsible for providing effective management oversight to the team and ensuring that compliance with relevant laws and regulations are maintained.

Dr Forte-Holloway is a Fellow member of the Corporate Governance Institute of Canada and a Chartered Manager of the Chartered Management Institute in the United Kingdom. Allison has over 25 years' experience in the corporate governance industry and has provided corporate governance services across a wide range of industries such as asset management, banking, finance, funds, telecommunications and real estate

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers, Allison worked for a leading Bank whereby she established and managed their new corporate services practice in Bermuda. Over the span of her corporate governance career, Allison has led various corporate services teams in the offshore fiduciary and accounting industries focusing on corporate administration and governance matters.
