Stephen Hannigan

Stephen advises international and domestic lenders, originators, investors, sponsors and trustees on the full spectrum of securitisation, financing and financial markets transactions, bringing a practical, solutions focused approach to client mandates. His practice also includes extensive experience of cross border lending, as well as the structuring and implementation of guarantee and security arrangements for complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.

Stephen also has a strong track record acting for lenders and funds on fund finance matters, including capital call facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities. In addition, he regularly represents international trustees and agents across a range of structured finance products.
