Her expertise spans the full fund lifecycle, including the structuring and formation of funds, downstream transactions, and de‑registration and winding up.
Andrea assists clients with the establishment and structuring of foundation companies, particularly those supporting blockchain protocols and with cryptocurrency, decentralised finance and blockchain focused funds.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Andrea worked in the real estate (real estate finance) group of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London, where she advised on sponsor driven cross-border real estate investments on a broad spectrum of debt financing and finance issues.
Andrea also has insolvency and restructuring experience gained at Reed Smith LLP (London) where she advised institutional lenders, administrators, turnaround directors and receivers on distressed companies in connection with the restructuring of defaulting facilities, administrations, receiverships and liquidations.
