Catriona Henderson is Of Counsel in the Global Asset Finance team, based in London, specialising in complex structured aviation and shipping matters.
Catriona works with a large variety of clients, including lenders, equity investors, owners and lessors.
She advises a broad range of complex cross-border transactions, including debt finance, Islamic finance, sale and leaseback arrangements, private equity investments, securitisations, and joint ventures.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2026, Catriona was counsel in the asset finance team at Reed Smith. Before this she also worked at White & Case and trained and qualified at Watson Farley Williams.
