Ellen Jarvis is a Senior Associate in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group, where she advises on a wide range of Jersey corporate law matters.
Ellen has acted on a variety of corporate real estate transactions, company reorganisation and restructurings, company migrations and private equity M&A deals. She also has experience with advising Jersey property unit trusts with regards to property acquisitions and disposals.
Ellen was admitted as an advocate in 2018 and has worked at two offshore firms before joining Walkers.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2019, Ellen worked with another leading offshore law firm in Jersey. She trained and qualified as an Isle of Man advocate with DQ Advocates, where she gained experience in the litigation, private client and corporate teams.
