Danielle advises Cayman Islands and BVI law in relation to a wide range of corporate and fund transactions, including series financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, investment funds and private equity.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Danielle worked at leading Australian law firm Clayton Utz and subsequently gained significant regional experience at one of the Middle East's leading state-owned enterprises, advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
