Katerina Mickova joined Walkers Professional Services in 2024 as Senior Vice President.
Katerina has over 10 years' experience in the financial services industry in the various jurisdictions, including Ireland and the Cayman Islands and specialises in corporate governance and board support services. She leads a team of professional company secretaries providing services to a wide range of closed and open-ended fund structures.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Katerina served in a senior management position at a professional services company where she managed the corporate department, delivering comprehensive life cycle services for Cayman and Bahamas domiciled entities, including directorship and board support services. Katerina has also acted as the internal company secretary for a leading asset manager in Ireland, overseeing board and committee meetings.

- Master’s in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster
- Bachelor’s in Economics and Tourism from Silesian University
Director qualification from the Chartered Governance Institute in Canada.
Professional Certificate in Investment Fund Services from the National University of Ireland.
Associate Corporate Governance qualification from The Chartered Governance Institute of the UK and Ireland.
