Natalie leads our Corporate Group in Bermuda and advises clients on a range of Bermuda-based and international corporate and regulatory matters.
She has significant transactional experience on mergers and acquisition transactions for public and private companies. This includes takeovers, tender offers and squeeze outs, amalgamations, mergers and schemes of arrangement.
Natalie also advises on private equity investments, debt and equity capital markets transactions, and banking and finance matters. She has expertise on complex restructuring projects involving Bermuda companies, LLCs and partnerships, including redomiciliations. She also advises companies and directors on corporate governance and regulatory matters, including directors’ fiduciary duties and responsibilities.
As well as this, Natalie advises fintech clients and investors on Bermuda’s evolving initial coin offering (ICO) legislation, and blockchain and digital asset framework. This includes establishing and licensing digital asset businesses, and ongoing compliance obligations.

Experience and recent work
Before joining us in 2018, Natalie was the head of the corporate department of another law firm in Bermuda. Before that, she worked in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions group of DLA Piper in the UK from 1999 to 2006.
