Adeyinka is a Vice President at Walkers Professional Services and heads the External Finance – Fund Annual Return (FAR) and Book of Accounts service lines.
Adeyinka oversees a team of professionals responsible for the preparation and filing of Fund Annual Returns and the preparation of books of accounts in connection with Economic Substance Return filings.
Adeyinka has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in Financial Reporting, Audit and Assurance, including compliance reviews and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Audits. Adeyinka is a qualified chartered accountant and holds the CAMS certification with the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Adeyinka worked as an audit Senior Manager at a Big 4 audit firm and gained extensive financial services experience at three of the Big 4 audit firms in the Channel Islands, Canada and the Cayman islands, as well as two of the Big 6 banks in Canada.
Adeyinka managed audits and regulatory compliance reviews for leading financial institutions, asset managers, alternative investment funds, pension plans, banks, credit unions, technology, listed companies and public sector bodies. He also led policy and procedure improvement and implementation projects at one of Canada’s largest banks, and business transformation initiatives at a leading Big 4 audit firm.
