Angharad Prescott is an associate in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group, where she advises on a wide range of Jersey corporate law matters.
Angharad has acted on a full range of public and private offshore M&A transactions and corporate restructurings and has previously assisted the team in its capacity as lead counsel for a range of clients in multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions.
Angharad was admitted as a solicitor in 2022 and worked at another offshore law firm before joining Walkers.
