Marc specialises in contentious and semi-contentious trusts matters, and in company disputes.
He is part of our Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team, and is a Jersey Advocate with more than a decade’s experience offshore.
Marc advises financial services clients on all types of disputes, including insolvency and regulatory issues. He focuses on advising corporate services providers on directors’ duties. He joined us in 2007.

Experience and recent work
Previously Marc was the Commercial Litigation Partner at a firm in Greater Manchester, where he advised on commercial and chancery disputes.
