Kellie specialises in commercial disputes and trust litigation and is a senior associate in the Walkers' Guernsey Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team.
Kellie advises on contentious trust matters, corporate and commercial disputes, regulatory investigations/enforcement and civil litigation, with a particular interest in complex high-wealth trust matters, and has acted for a wide range of clients including governments, financial services clients including banks, investment businesses, and trust companies.
Kellie has appeared before the Royal Court of Guernsey and tribunals, as well as having served as an independent panel member of the Child, Youth & Community Tribunal.

Experience and recent work
Kellie was called as a barrister of England and Wales in 2016 following which she returned to her native Guernsey where she qualified as a Guernsey advocate in 2022.
Prior to joining Walkers, Kellie worked in the dispute resolution team of another leading offshore law firm where she focused on trust litigation, regulatory matters and commercial disputes.
