Adithya Sivaraman is a vice president at Walkers Professional Services in Ireland.
Adithya brings substantial experience in governance, compliance and corporate transactional matters, having worked across a variety of industries in Europe and Asia. Adithya currently manages the ongoing transaction requirements of a portfolio of structured finance and aviation financing SPVs. Adithya holds a master's degree in law and finance from Trinity College Dublin, where he graduated the course as the batch topper. Adithya is also a dual qualified chartered secretary in the UK, Ireland and India.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Adithya worked as a corporate secretary in the Irish office of a leading international funds services provider where he managed the company secretarial and corporate governance affairs of ICAVs, ILPs and other regulated structures.
Prior to this, he worked as an in-house company secretary in one of the Top 500 listed companies and in a leading financial services group in India where he was heavily involved in managing equity raise transactions, divestments and corporate restructuring initiatives.
