Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Charisa was a senior member of the Debt Finance and Restructuring team at White & Case, where she specialised in sponsor and cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings. Prior to that, she worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Kirkland & Ellis, the latter of which she joined after qualification. She trained with Linklaters in London and has practiced in Hong Kong since 2015 when she joined the Banking Group of Linklaters' Hong Kong office on secondment during her training contract.
