The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 was implemented in Ireland in 2021, and 2025 marks the first year Walkers Ireland office is in scope. We welcome the opportunity to share our findings and outline the key actions we will take to reduce our gender pay gaps in Ireland and foster a truly inclusive workplace.
