Walkers Represents LimeTree Capital on Platform Consolidation of China Car Park Fund Assets

Walkers advised long-time private equity client, LimeTree Capital, on a platform consolidation of the commercial car park assets held by its two China-focused private investment funds.  As part of the transaction, investment funds sponsored by KKR and ADM Capital made investments in the new “WE PARK” platform alongside existing LimeTree Capital investors.

The Walkers team was led by Hong Kong-based partner John Cartwright, with support from associate Beverly Lui.  Kirkland & Ellis acted as international counsel to LimeTree Capital.
