Regulatory & Risk Advisory specialist Gemma Palmer joins Walkers' Jersey office

Gemma has over six years of experience as a regulatory lawyer in Jersey and her arrival into the team as Senior Counsel enhances Walkers' specialist Regulatory & Risk capability at a time when client demand for this service is rising.

Gemma advises on all aspects of Jersey financial services laws and regulations, and has significant experience acting for a wide range of locally regulated entities, as well as multinational institutions with connections to Jersey. This includes providing advice on licensing and other regulatory requirements to those looking to do business in the jurisdiction.

Gemma is the third recent arrival in the Walkers' Jersey Regulatory & Risk Advisory team, following Senior Counsel Sian Langley and Associate Amman Bulchandani.
