Walkers acts as listing agent to ENEL on dual-tranche €175 billion sustainability linked bond

Walkers has acted as listing agent to the multinational power company ENEL on another successful sustainability-linked bonds issuance.

ENEL Finance International N.V. issued two tranches of bonds, €1billion bonds due January 2035 and €750million bonds due July 2028, each guaranteed by ENEL – Societa per Azioni. 

The bonds have been admitted to the official list and to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.  

Head of listing services Therese Redmond and senior listing executive Ken Foley from the Walkers team in Ireland worked with ENEL on the issuance.

Therese Redmond said 'We would like to congratulate ENEL on the listing of these sustainability-linked bonds and are delighted to have acted as listing agent on this successful issuance'.
