Samantha Walker joins insurance practice as senior associate in London office

Samantha has over seven years’ experience in Insurance and was admitted to the Bermuda bar in 2024, where she spent six weeks working in Walkers’ Bermuda office.

Samantha has offshore insurance and financial services regulatory experience and advises on transactional and regulatory matters for insurers, reinsurers, investors, and other stakeholders in the global insurance market. Her practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance queries, regulatory matters and other insurance/reinsurance transactions. Samantha said about joining Walkers:
