Walkers’ Irish team have assisted Norton Rose Fulbright's London and Athens offices on the sale of privately-held Contract Research Organisation (CRO), HeaDS (Health Data Specialists), to Veeda Clinical Research Limited, a full-service CRO based in India.
HeaDS is a full-service Global Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to the conduct of clinical studies, with particular expertise in hemato-oncology studies. They provide the complete range of clinical trial services, from start-up to completion, from Phase I to IV. They also provide strategic oncology drug development consulting and expert advice
A multi-disciplinary Irish Walkers' team assisted Norton Rose Fulbright, who acted as lead counsel to the sellers of Heads on its sale to Veeda.
