Global law firm Walkers advised Property Finder on buyout of first investor and debut financing provided by Francisco Partners

The transaction represented Francisco Partners' first investment into the UAE and highlights the growing importance of private credit within the Middle East.

Walkers' assistance included support from Walkers' corporate and finance teams on the two distinct elements of the transaction. Walkers' corporate team was led by partner, Daniel Wood, with support from senior associate, Reghard Smith, with the finance team being led by partner, Ciaran Bohnacker, as supported by associate Szymon Durlo.
