Social Mobility Day

Though the day has passed, it’s never too late to celebrate the progress and stories that embody our commitment to social mobility in the firm. To mark the occasion, we’re excited to release three inspiring videos from our colleagues.

Sarah Humpleby, a Finance and Corporate partner, Ian Mason, a Regulatory partner and Layla Eden, a learning and development executive have all taken the time to share their stories and beliefs on how we can all create equal opportunities for others.

Ian and Sarah answered questions around why social mobility matters, how their life experiences have shaped their careers and some advice for their younger selves, while Layla shared with us some of the impactful initiatives we run to support students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.These videos reflect their personal journeys and the values we uphold as a company.
