In a significant move for the UK fintech sector, international law firm Walkers’ Jersey Listings team has orchestrated a £75 million variable funding notes listing on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) for innovative lender Creditspring.
The strategic listing includes headroom for expansion up to £300 million, positioning the company for substantial growth in the consumer finance market. Creditspring has used the proceeds to purchase customer loans.
The team from Walkers supporting this transaction included partner Nigel Weston, head of the Listings team for the Channel Islands Grace Pickering and listings consultant Piotr Kobus. Having chosen Walkers for a second TISE listing, Creditspring continues to put their trust in our expertise.
Commenting on the listing, Nigel said: "Having supported Creditspring with their second TISE listing, we've seen first-hand how the fintech sector continues to grow and innovate. This significant issuance also reinforces TISE's position as a leading venue for debt listings."
Jim Donnet, chief financial officer at Creditspring, added: "We're pleased to work with Walkers again on our TISE listing. Their deep understanding of capital markets and clear guidance throughout the listing process has proven invaluable. The team's expertise and professionalism shows why they are the leading firm for TISE listings."
