Advised Archimedes Tech SPAC Partners II Co. on $230 million IPO

Our Cayman Islands Corporate team acted for Archimedes Tech SPAC Partners II Co. ("Archimedes II"), a special purpose acquisition company, on its $230 million initial public offering on Nasdaq. Archimedes II intends to search for a target company in the technology industry, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, cloud services and the automotive technology sectors.
