Our Cayman Islands corporate team acted for LightWave Acquisition Corp. ("LightWave"), a special purpose acquisition company, on its US $215,625,000 initial public offering on Nasdaq. While LightWave may pursue a business combination in any sector, the company will primarily focus on target businesses in the technology industry.
