A five-office team advised across multiple areas including Corporate, Banking & Finance, Regulatory & Risk and Employment, providing a seamless full service for Suntera and their complex cross-border transaction.
Our Jersey team were lead counsel on the vendor legal due diligence process across 11 jurisdictions whilst also acting as local counsel for the broader acquisition along with our London, Guernsey, Ireland and Cayman offices.

We also recently advised Suntera on multi-jurisdiction secured senior financing package from Carlyle.
