Our team in Jersey has advised Zodia Markets, a digital asset platform enabling institutional capital through stablecoins, on raising $18.25m in a Series A funding round.
Investment Funds & Corporate partner Dilmun Leach and Regulatory & Risk Advisory partner Gemma Palmer advised Zodia Markets on the Jersey legal and regulatory aspects of the fundraise which will help accelerate the growth of their platform.

The raise was led by Pharsalus Capital, a New York head-quartered venture capital firm, with participation from Circle Ventures, The Operating Group, XVC Tech, Token Bay Capital, Human Capital and other strategic investors.
