Acting as Cayman counsel on Oak Hill Advisors' $1.1bn CLO equity fund

Our team in the Cayman Islands was pleased to act as counsel to longstanding client Oak Hill Advisors (OHA), a leading global credit-focused alternative asset manager, on the third vintage of its captive collateralised loan obligation (CLO) equity fund, OHA CLO Enhanced Equity Fund III (OHCEE III). 

OHCEE III, which raised $1.1bn in equity commitments, will enable OHA to deploy approximately $10bn in CLOs. The fund attracted commitments from a global base of investors, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, endowments and family offices.
