Advised on acquisition financing of LISI Group's (Euronext: FII) Medical division by SK Capital Partners

We advised Partners Group and Deutsche Bank in connection with the acquisition by SK Capital Partners, LP, a New York-based private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, ingredients and life sciences sectors, of LISI Group’s (Euronext: FII) Medical division.

The business has relocated its headquarters to Big Lake, Minnesota and has been renamed Precera Medical ('Company'), marking its emergence as a leading contract development and manufacturing organisation partner for blue chip medical device equipment manufacturers and innovators. As part of the transaction, LISI Group retained a minority stake in the Company.

Our finance team acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Partners Group and Deutsche Bank and was led by partners Hugh Anderson and Adeola Adeyemi with assistance from senior counsels Liam Doughty and Jessica Mbanda and associate Alex McGrath.
