Four of our senior associates have been admitted as advocates of the Royal Courts in Jersey and Guernsey. Bradley Gibb has been admitted in Jersey, while Jarrad Knoetze, Martha Male and Aaron Sanders have been admitted in Guernsey.
This milestone reflects the depth of expertise within our Channel Islands team and strengthens our ability to provide clients with seamless representation in court.
Bradley, Jarrad and Martha are part of our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team, while Aaron is a member of our Private Capital & Trusts team.
Bradley specialises in insolvency, trust and commercial litigation, and his clients include trustees, beneficiaries and insolvency practitioners, including Jersey's first provisional liquidators.
Jarrad focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency and trust litigation, with a strong regulatory practice covering data protection, AML/CFT, GFSC investigations and remediation programmes.
Martha acts on commercial, trust, insolvency and regulatory disputes, bringing multi-jurisdictional litigation, arbitration, and public international law experience from England and the British Virgin Islands.
Aaron specialises in private wealth and trusts and has a mixed contentious and non-contentious practice. He is a full member of STEP, ACTAPS and ConTrA and regularly advises international families, trustees and beneficiaries on wealth structuring and cross-border disputes, including breach of trust claims, trustee removal applications and seeking court blessings for momentous decisions.
Nigel Sanders, Head of our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team in the Channel Islands, commented: 'We are incredibly proud of Bradley, Jarrad and Martha. Their admission as advocates strengthens our litigation capabilities and ensures we can continue to deliver exceptional service to clients across the Channel Islands and globally.'
Rupert Morris, Head of our Private Capital & Trusts team in the Channel Islands, added: 'Aaron’s admission as an advocate is a significant achievement and further enhances our ability to provide strategic advice and advocacy in complex private wealth matters.'
