The new fund forms part of the wider expansion of Jadwa's private credit platform, designed to allow both institutional and private wealth investors access to opportunities across the region's growing private credit market.
Our Dubai-based team advised on all Cayman Islands legal aspects of the transaction, working closely alongside external counsel King & Spalding. The team was led by partner Tom Cochrane and senior associate Jackson Carlile.
Commenting on the transaction, partner Tom Cochrane, said: 'Jadwa’s latest private credit fund launch is a clear signal of where the market is heading. It was great to be part of a project that widens investor access to regional credit and gives Jadwa a strong platform that can scale with demand.'
As the Middle East's private credit market continues to mature and alternative lending strategies diversify, our team remains at the forefront of the market, advising private credit sponsors on the use of Cayman Islands structures where appropriate.
