Advising on Investec subscription-line facility

We have advised on the Guernsey law aspects of a subscription-line facility provided by Investec Bank plc to Goldenpeak Fund I LP, a UK and Ireland focused private equity fund.

Goldenpeak Fund I is the inaugural fund of Goldenpeak and targets growth investments in the B2B services sector across the UK and Ireland. The facility will be used to support the fund’s initial investments and general working capital requirements.

Our Guernsey Banking & Finance team was led by group partner Zoë Hallam, supported by senior associate Siavush Mokhtar, and we acted alongside Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
