Advising Vertical Aerospace Ltd. US$850 million financing package

Walkers advised Vertical Aerospace Ltd. as Cayman Islands counsel on the execution and closing of its comprehensive financing package of up to US$850 million. The transaction included amendments to existing secured convertible notes, the issuance of Series A convertible preferred shares and the implementation of an equity line of credit.
