We have acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Resulticks Global Companies Pte. Limited (“Resulticks”) on its entry into a definitive share purchase agreement with Diginex Limited (Nasdaq: DGNX), pursuant to which Diginex will acquire Resulticks in an all share transaction with an implied equity value of approximately US$1.5 billion.

The transaction represents a significant cross border acquisition in the digital marketing and data technology sector and brings together Resulticks’ AI powered customer engagement and data management platform with Diginex’s data driven technology solutions.

Our Singapore-based team was led by partner James Twigg, with support from counsel Sze Min Lim and senior associate Katherine Zeng. Walkers worked alongside lead counsel Baker McKenzie and other advisers across multiple jurisdictions on this transaction.
