We have appointed Kevin Grové as senior counsel in our Investment Funds & Corporate team in Jersey, strengthening our capability in advising international clients on complex corporate and transactional matters.
Kevin advises on the full spectrum of Jersey corporate law matters, including private equity transactions, international and cross border mergers, schemes of arrangement, joint ventures, real estate transactions, corporate restructurings and corporate finance. He has extensive experience acting for vendors, buyers, sponsors and targets across both public and private transactions.
Based in Jersey, Kevin works with a broad range of international and local clients and regularly advises on matters with a cross border dimension. His practice spans a wide variety of sectors and transaction types, with particular strength in complex corporate transactions.
Before joining us, Kevin worked within the corporate team of another offshore law firm, advising on a range of corporate and finance matters. Prior to this, he trained and practised in the corporate and commercial department at ENSAfrica.
Kevin is recognised as a Rising Star by IFLR1000 and is named as a Key Lawyer in Legal 500. He is admitted as an attorney in South Africa on a non practising basis and holds an LLM from the University of Florida and an LLB from the University of Cape Town.
