We are pleased to announce the appointment of Eimir McGrath and Stephen McQuaid as vice presidents in our Walkers Professional Services (WPS) team in Ireland, further strengthening our transaction management capability and client-facing support across the jurisdiction.
Joanna Taylor, Country Lead for WPS in Ireland, commented:

Eimir McGrath joins WPS Ireland with more than 25 years’ experience in corporate services, including extensive experience managing Irish and UK special purpose vehicles and acting as a director on a number of Irish SPVs. Prior to joining Walkers, Eimir spent eight years as Client Service Manager at Vistra Alternative Investments (Ireland) Ltd and has also held roles at Deutsche Bank.
Eimir added:

Stephen McQuaid also joins as vice president. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, specialising in financial reporting and corporate transactional matters for special purpose vehicles. He previously held senior roles at Apex Group, Grant Thornton Ireland and Citco Group, where he was responsible for the delivery and management of corporate and structured finance services to a diverse client base.
