A decade of excellence: Celebrating 10 years in Bermuda

Since opening the firm's doors in 2016, our Bermuda office has grown into a trusted partner for clients across the region and beyond, combining global expertise with local insight. This anniversary marks not only a decade of success but also our continued commitment to innovation, client service and community engagement.

Starting as Taylors in association with Walkers on 4 January 2016, we immediately offered a full-service commercial practice and grew rapidly in our first year. We quickly earned recognition as one of IFLR’s 'Firms to Watch' in 2018 and has since maintained top rankings in IFLR1000, Chambers and Partners, and Legal 500.

A message from our Bermuda managing partner

'Ten years later, I am proud of what we have achieved together, building a team that anticipates and meets the needs of our clients. Beyond the work, we've been able to support local students through our scholarship, bursary internship, and training programs to launch their legal careers

Investing in Bermuda’s future talent

Over the years, more than 100 students have benefitted from our training, mentorship and outreach initiatives, including internships, scholarships and bursaries. In addition, our structured pupillage programme has supported seven aspiring lawyers in gaining the practical experience needed to qualify and build long-term careers in Bermuda. 
 
Our commitment continues to evolve, with the office welcoming Bermudian students each summer for hands-on legal experience and, most recently, launching our Executive Assistant training programme this year. The programme offers rotational placements across practice areas as part of a broader strategy to create diverse career pathways and develop well-rounded professionals within Bermuda.

Strengthening Bermuda's global financial offering
