Supporting TDC Brands’ €550m high-yield bond listing on TISE

We have acted as listing agent to TDC Brands A/S (formerly known as Nuuday A/S) for the successful listing of €550m 8% Senior Secured Notes 2031 on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).
 
TDC Brands A/S, a leading digital services and telecommunications provider in Denmark, completed its debut Rule 144A / Regulation S high-yield bond offering, with a five-year maturity.
 
TDC Brands is backed by a shareholder group led by funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management.
 
The transaction was led by partner Nigel Weston and head of listings (Channel Islands) Grace Pickering, demonstrating our expertise in cross-border debt capital markets transactions and high-yield listings.
