We have today (2 June) confirmed that our strategic co-investment in Walkers Professional Services (WPS) with Vitruvian Partners has formally completed, following regulatory approval in all relevant jurisdictions.
The partnership, first announced in December 2025, establishes WPS as an operationally autonomous business within the wider Walkers platform. WPS will continue to work exclusively alongside the law firm, with both businesses retaining a shared commitment to client service and the close working relationship that has defined us to date.
The co-investment with Vitruvian Partners gives WPS the platform to grow meaningfully in the next stage of its development, broadening its services and deepening its presence across international investment hubs.
