We have supported Longship AS, a Norwegian private equity investor and investment advisor specialising in investment in small to medium Norwegian growth companies, with the launch of its latest fund, Longship Fund IV LP at NOK2.4bn, and with the licensing of its associated general partner.
Our Guernsey Investment Funds & Corporate team advised on the Guernsey law aspects of the launch. The team was led by group partner Gareth Morgan, working closely with London counsel Goodwin Proctor (UK) LLP and with the fund's Guernsey administrator, Alter Domus.
